Mid-Summer Fun

Some highlights between 4th of July and our trip to Wisconsin Dells...

One morning while the big boys were at LLCC College for Kids, Kieran convinced me to ride the mall train.

Our friends, Olivia and Ethan, hosted an ice cream-tasting party. First, the kids guessed which ice cream was which from a list of possible flavors, and then they made gigantic sundaes with their favorites.

After the ice cream-tasting party, we went to the St. Louis Cardinals game.

Caden and Cole attended LLCC College for Kids for a week in July. Caden took forensics, origami, and art with a sports focus. Cole took the same art class, as well as everyday experiments and an insect art class. The boys enjoyed the week. They will definitely attend again next summer.

Caden and Cole participated in a week-long golf camp at Piper Glen in July.  It was very well organized, and the boys learned a lot and had a great time despite the heat.
