Our July

Happenings of our July, minus our family vacation to Colorado Springs and Kieran's birthday...

After Caden got cleaned up and rested a little from camp, we went to see Cars 3.

A day at our place in Hettick...

It's a pretty big job with his collection.
Pretty Jovie!

Cole finished up his baseball season.
Cole is #9.

Kieran celebrated his friend, Jershon's birthday.

Cole's turn for overnight camp...For the first time, he went to Lake Springfield Christian Assembly with his friend, Joel for three nights. LSCA does not post photos or communicate like Ondessonk, so it was a long four days for me. At least, he was not far from home.
Air conditioned bunk! Lucky!

Caden at a PGA Jr. League match

Kieran attended basketball camp every morning for a week. He was nervous about going, but ended up loving it.

Picking up Cole! He had a great time at LSCA!

Kieran finished up basketball camp.

Kieran wasn't ready for camp to be over.

Another summer movie, Despicable Me 3

Cole attended Lego Comics camp with his friend, Ethan.

Cole with his baseball medal...Not sure why it is all the way down here, but I am not messing with the photo order.

More PGA Jr. League matches for Caden and Cole
Caden is #6. Cole is #7.

Kieran can only watch so much golf.

Caden tackled the job of purging and alphabetizing his books.

We took part in the painted rock craze. This is the first rock Kieran found.

Cole and Kieran finished the library summer reading program. Caden did too, but the program is different for teens.

Caden and Cole attended Cake Design class at LLCC. We enjoyed their delicious treats for four days. The final project was a fondant-decorated cake.

Many years ago, Lego nearly disappeared. It made too many products that weren't about the build but about the name. It appears that it is following the same path again. People don't want this overpriced rubbish, they want good sets to build. The price and size of this are outrageous. Whoever is making these decisions at Lego needs to be sacked immediately. This isn't what Lego is about. Don't repeat the mistakes of the past...just give us decent lego sets
Shocking greed
